The Hero Profile (Role)
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels
- Develop and execute innovative user acquisition strategy in the mobile app environment for key target markets
- Coordinate detailed and robust processes around game design and structure for a productâs optimal lifetime profitability
- Identify potential and suggest new channels in profitable marketing opportunities
- Manage complex data-driven experiments to provide insights and scale user acquisition efforts
- Derive easy-to-understand and action-oriented conclusions from campaign datasets for user acquisition and product marketing strategies
- Work closely with the community management team to grow audience reach on online social platforms
- Coordinate and work cross-functionally, especially with the product/design and data analyst teams
- Communicate results, recommendations, current and upcoming trends and insights to relevant stakeholders
What we're looking for
Essential skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in user acquisition and growth and performance marketing (preferably in mobile and/or free-to-play games)
- Experience in launch planning, budget allocation and overseeing the execution of strategy from start, finish and follow-up in user / player acquisition
- Strong results-oriented and bias-to-action working style to lead and manage user acquisition strategies while clearly communicating updates to all involved parties
- Proven experience of the mobile user acquisition technology and tools
- Active interest in industry developments on new ad formats and trends in the mobile gaming sector
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, delivering complex data and reports through related case studies, examples and organized presentations (fluency in English)
- Ability to work analytically and creatively in a demanding (but fun!), team-focused environment
- Bachelorâs Degree in a quantitative / analytical field (economics, math, statistics, business intelligence, computer science, physics, etc.)

The Hero Profile (Role)
The Creative Project Coordinator will be supporting the creative marketing team in the day-to-day project management⌠and more! You will be:
- Working with the Creative / Marketing team in overseeing project status, from end-to-end
- Ensuring the completion and success of project delivery from ideation and planning to initiation and final deployment â you will be the key point of contact in monitoring the lifecycle of projects/concepts
- Consistently tracking and confirming project work in alignment with team milestones (and pivoting when necessary)
- QAâing all asset flows to make sure all creatives abide by brand standards/brief

Senior Game Designer
We are looking for a Senior Game Designer with strong quantitative capability to work on and shape something new! The ideal candidate understands the value of metrics-driven design, approaching game design with retention and engagement in mind. You are familiar with all the top mobile titles, specifically in the casual, f2p space. You have joined projects in all stages of development, from prototyping, through production, to live-ops.

You will be responsible for creating new game content while also iterating on current gameplay mechanics -- do you have what it takes to grab the reigns and create innovative game experiences?
- Making things happen! You will be transforming ideas from the Product Owner into detailed and clear designs, communicated through:
- documentation, wireframes, spreadsheets and flows.
- Developing features for core gameplay, owning the balance and progression of the game.
- Designing to create epic game experiences and progression, using rewards and monetization as driving factors.

The Hero Profile (Role)
You'll be getting your hands on: Python, SQL, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Memcached, Redis, Celery, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Services â AWS and GCP.
- Youâll be developing and designing the backend component of our mobile game features.
- Youâll be working with other departments of our team to deliver a fun and engaging game.
